To ensure the safety and quality oversight on the TNPA Marine Pilot Services across all national ports, prepare and present TNPA aviation operations manuals, standard operational procedures, maintenance manuals, training manuals, quality and safety manuals to the South African Civil Aviation Authority for approval and monitor compliance and the adequacy of procedures required to ensure operational practices, airworthiness of helicopters and aviation training.
