Key Skills / Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing
  • Sales related and/or teaching (education) qualification
  • Driver’s License
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a marketing environment / similar role / sale marketing environment
  • Previous Marketing in a School / Educational Institution Background

 

The responsibilities are:

Marketing strategy integration aligned to the CURRO objectives        

  • Implement the regional marketing strategy in line with organisational, regional and marketing objectives
  • Co-ordinate and ensure that marketing objectives aligned on regional and school level
  • Execute and monitor overall regional plan in place and executed accordingly focused on customer service
  • Ensure and monitor brand alignment on all marketing materials

Budget management

  • Oversee, assist and liaise with School Marketers to their individual Marketing budgets
  • Track and monitor expenditure to budget

Marketing Projects, Open Days and Events support

  • Support school events based on requirements and within budget supported by professional Marketing Plan
  • Track and monitor maximum PR coverage achieved
  • Coordinate and oversee promotional events as required at school level
  • Oversee School Events to ensure standards and effectiveness maintained in line with strategy and project plan/s
  • Within budget
  • Track and achieve targets as agreed
  • Compile post event reports and provide feedback Project Manager

Brand and corporate identity managed   

  • Oversee the implementation of the brand and correct use of CI (Corporate Identity) across schools
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador
  • Conduct brand audits conducted in line with specification and standards with effective remedial actions
  • Review and manage a consistent approach throughout the schools

Online presence managed

  • Monitor social media accounts and manage communications for specific schools
  • Maintain and update d relevant section of website in line with agreed communications strategy

Sale research, leads and closing 

  • Guide acquired schools, new schools and new marketers relating to market research
  • Devise and action appropriate opportunities in line with overall strategy
  • Audit leads converted to sales in line with targets
  • Recorded and analysed
  • Professional image maintained
  • Proactive and professional
  • Assist and guide effective and improved processes
  • Communications with stakeholders actioned daily / as required
  • Community involved and mobilised as required in terms of strategy

Staff management  

  • Mentoring and management of school marketers
  • Report disciplinary issues to Project Manager as required
  • Development of school marketers

 

 The successful candidate will start on 01 October 2024.
