Commercial Property Portfolio Manager Permanent

My client, a medium sized national corporate concern is currently enjoying a recognized footprint in the property arena and are now needing to retain the expertise and services of an individual who has the desire to achieve and enjoy accolades being afforded.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent Role

SECTOR: Management / Property

BASIC SALARY: R38 000 – R40 000 ctc. (incl. Med / Prov / Merit bonus) 21 wdl pa

START DATE: April 2020 (by arrangement)

DUTIES

• Min 5 years’ experience in leases and lease management (commercial properties)


• Facilities / Maintenance management


• Marketing – promotional activities


• Tenant administration – reporting


• Credit control


• Ad hoc duties

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE

• Senior Certificate/degree-diploma


• Credit and Criminal Clear


• Min of 5 years’ experience in property management (commercial/similar)


• Have excellent organisation skills


• Have an excellent command in both Eng / Afrik


• Have own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence


• Be totally “customer centric”


• Must be results driven and goal orientated


• Good computer skills – (good excel) MDA adv.
